A telephone conversation between Alexander Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin took place today. They discussed a number of international issues, including the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, the situation in Belarus and Russia. During the conversation, considerable attention was paid to the situation with the spread of COVID-19. The parties discussed further steps to normalize transport links between the two countries.
