Promising projects of Minsk and Harare were discussed at the meeting of the President of Belarus with the Head of the Senate of Zimbabwe

Aleksandr Lukashenko met with President of the Senate of Zimbabwe Mabel Memory Chinomona. The President proposed to implement an ambitious project for the construction of a seaport. Belarus, Zimbabwe and Mozambique will participate in it. The Head of the Zimbabwe Senate confirmed Harare's interest in implementing the project and expanding various areas of bilateral cooperation. The politician also noted the important role of Belarus in advancing the whole of Africa. Aleksandr Lukashenko is aiming for more active cooperation between the partners, so that in a few years the countries will reach a trade turnover of over $100 mln.
