Presidents of Belarus and Russia met in St. Petersburg
The talks between the presidents of Belarus and Russia took place at the Constantine Palace in St. Petersburg. Alexander Lukashenko stressed the need to give priority to the security issues of Belarus and Russia. The situation in the world is changing very rapidly, events require analysis and timely response, including at the highest level. Belarus and Russia together can effectively resist the sanctions pressure from the outside. The President of Belarus noted that this is one of the main issues that needs to be dealt with, and the countries will withstand this blow. In turn, the Russian leader noted that Belarus fulfills all financial obligations, despite the sanctions pressure. Stable work of the economy has been ensured in difficult conditions.
