President visits church in Shklov on Easter
Millions of Belarusians celebrated Easter, the central Christian Orthodox holiday. The happiness of this joyful day was shared by the Head of State. Aleksandr Lukashenko traditionally visits churches in various parts of the country on Easter. This time the President arrived in Shklov for a festive divine service at the Transfiguration Church. In Belarus, every person can find his or her way to the temple. Representatives of absolutely all confessions coexist in peace and harmony. In this difficult time, peace on the Belarusian land is our highest value. And it is more important than ever to maintain the unity and cohesion in the country. People came to Shklov for the festive service, including those from nearby villages. Aleksandr Lukashenko warmly talked to his fellow countrymen.
