President presented state awards to women

An atmosphere of spring, beauty and joy reigned in the Palace of Independence. The ceremony of presenting state awards, timed to coincide with International Women's Day, is always special. It has been a long-standing tradition to recognise honoured figures of various spheres and mothers of many children in a festive atmosphere. The most talented and inspiring Belarusian women received well-deserved awards from the hands of the Head of State. Aleksandr Lukashenko has heartily congratulated all women on this holiday, wished them good health, peace and well-being.
