President opens "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk"

The 31^st "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" International Festival of Arts has opened. Traditionally, President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko took part in the solemn ceremony. The head of state addressed the participants and guests of the forum. The President thanked all those who contributed to the emergence of "Slavianski Bazaar", who have been organizing the event throughout all these years, sharing their art with the audience. At the ceremony, Aleksandr Lukashenko presented the Grand Prix of the children's song contest to Belarusian singer Yelisei Kasich.
