President of Belarus to be inaugurated on 25 March

The date of the inauguration of the Head of State has been announced. The ceremony of inauguration of the newly elected President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko will take place on 25 March. According to the Constitution, the oath of office is to be taken in a solemn atmosphere in the presence of members of the Presidium of the Belarusian People's Congress, deputies of the House of Representatives and members of the Council of the Republic, judges of the Constitutional and Supreme Courts no later than two months after the election of the President.
