President of Belarus meets with British Ambassador at Independence Palac

Aleksandr Lukashenko met with British Ambassador Fionna Gibb at the Independence Palace on the occasion of the completion of her diplomatic mission in Belarus. Our country is ready to actively develop relations with the UK. The Head of State emphasized this important point at the meeting with the diplomat. In recent years, contacts with London have revived. Political relations have intensified. Belarusian-British trade shows good dynamics. Great Britain is among the top three export destinations for Belarus. The influx of investment from this country is also increasing. The British appreciated the role Belarus plays in establishing dialogue within the region.
