President of Belarus and Head of WHO discussed counteraction to coronavirus

Today, a telephone conversation between Alexander Lukashenko and World Health organization Director General was held. The WHO head initiated the talk. Tedros Ghebreyesus asked about the present situation in Belarus and what kind of support is needed. He declared readiness to render the support. The President told him about the operation of the health care system in general and the strategy and tactics of fighting the coronavirus spread. Alexander Lukashenko noted, that the main matter of concern now is pneumonia. Its treatment is paid the main attention to. The general task in Belarus is determined as efforts to save every life, and unacceptability of the death rate rise.
