President makes new appointments

There are new Justice Minister and Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection in Belarus, Yevgeny Kovalenko and Sergei Maslyak, respectively. Sergei Lukashevich was appointed First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs. A number of appointments was made in the Ministry of Health – two deputies and a first deputy. The President also named new heads of district and city executive committees. Oleg Stelmashonok became deputy chairman of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee. New heads were named in Kostyukovichsky, Berestovitsky, Ostrovetsky and Glussky districts, as well as in Novopolotsk and in several districts of Gomel and Grodno. Aleksandr Lukashenko set the new leaders up for serious work. Moreover, they will become direct participants in the Belarusian People's Congress. They will have to make strategic decisions for our country.
