President made a number of personnel decisions

The week of the President starts with a personnel Monday. Thus, Aleksandr Lukashenko appointed Ruslan Chernetsky as Minister of Culture. Stanislav Chepurnoy will go as ambassador to Turkmenistan. Sergei Nalivaiko has been appointed Assistant to the President for Mogilev region. Earlier he headed the Ministry of Taxes and Levies. Also, the President has approved Aleksandr Tsivako for the post of chairman of Zhodino City Executive Committee. Valeri Kovalyov is now general director of Beltopgaz.
