President honors memory of Khatyn victims

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko took part in a commemorative event at the Khatyn memorial complex. The head of state toured the exhibition of the new museum, left an entry in the book of honorary guests, and laid flowers at the "Unconquered Man" monument and a wreath at the Eternal Flame. "There is no justification for a policy of genocide, there is nothing more important than human life", the president said, speaking at the requiem rally. "The tragedy of Khatyn is forever etched in stone and in the hearts of the Belarusian people", said Aleksandr Lukashenko.
