The formation of a new government continues. Today, the President made new appointments in the agricultural sector, construction, housing and public utilities. Aleksandr Lukashenko appointed Viktor Karankevich, Anatoly Sivak and Yuri Shuleiko as Deputy Prime Ministers. They have held the respective positions before and have retained them in the new government. Aleksandr Lukashenko outlined the range of tasks for each sector. As for the industry, the issue of investments is to be solved here. Major projects, such as the second nuclear power plant, are also on the agenda. The President notes that it is necessary to develop production facilities that have already set a high bar, but with further emphasis on quality. Addressing the newly appointed Energy Minister Aleksei Kushnarenko, the President instructed to develop cryptocurrency mining in the country.
