Personnel appointments by President
The President made a number of personnel appointments. Aleksandr Lukashenko approved the appointment of new heads of executive committees in various regions of the country. New appointments were also made across a number of ministries. The deputy heads in the Ministries of Health, Forestry, Justice and the Ministry of Labor have been appointed. The re-shuffle also affected the controlling departments and the diplomatic corps. Belarusian diplomats have been appointed concurrent ambassadors to four countries: Bolivia, the Dominican Republic, the Republic of Paraguay and the Eastern Republic of Uruguay. Addressing the newly appointed officials, the President emphasized the need to work very carefully with people. The government agencies should be a real example both from the point of view of discipline and from a professional perspective.
