Operation of fuel and energy complex discussed with President

The head of state held a meeting on topical issues in the fuel and energy complex, at which he noted that the entire economy of the country and its national security depend on the reliability and capacity of enterprises of the Belarusian energy system. The state has invested a lot in energy sector modernization. Today, the power engineering enterprises, including oil refineries, are equipped at the same level as those in the leading European countries. The largest investment programs are being implemented at the Belarusian refineries in Novopolotsk and Mozyr. This will increase the depth of oil refining up to 90% and, as a result, increase the profitability of the key sector of the economy.
