A new milestone in the history of bilateral relations between Minsk and Pyongyang. Aleksandr Lukashenko is on an official visit to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. The official meeting ceremony between leaders Aleksandr Lukashenko and Kim Jong-un took place on Kim Il Sung Square, the main square in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. This is one of the symbols of Pyongyang and the site of military parades and national holidays. The national anthems of both countries were played. The meeting was accompanied by cannon fire, cavalry, and an honor guard.
