Meeting with EIB Vice President Vazil Hudak

Belarus expands partnership with the European Investment Bank. The strengthening of cooperation was discussed today at a meeting of the Belarusian head of state with the vice-president of this international financial institution. Over 1,5 years, the portfolio of investment projects exceeded 300 million euros. Belarus is a strategic partner of the European Union for investing in sustainable development, logistics and green projects. This was emphasized by Vazil Hudak, Vice-President of the European Investment Bank. It is safe and profitable to invest in Belarus, therefore, the portfolio of long-term investments will continue to grow by 200–300 million euros per year. The bank is already thinking about opening its office in Belarus.
