Alexander Lukashenko signed the new Code of Administrative Offences and the new Procedural and Executive Code, which were previously discussed and supported by parliamentarians. The new documents are aimed at liberalizing administrative responsibility and simplifying the procedure of prosecuting legal entities and individuals. The preventive focus of the codes is the main innovation.
