Lukashenko on the situation in Ukraine: negotiations is the only way
31.03.2023
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko called for a ceasefire in Ukraine. He stated this today during his Address to the Belarusian people and the National Assembly. "The main question is what to do? You all understand and know that there is only one way – negotiations without preconditions", Alexander Lukashenko stressed. "I suggest a cessation of hostilities. Declare a truce without the right to move, regroup, transfer weapons, ammunition, manpower, and equipment!". The President is convinced that negotiations should begin right now, not later, before the escalation begins.
