Environmental protection and reasonable consumption of natural resources was discussed between Alexander Lukashenko and Belarus’ Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Andrei Khudyk. Careful attitude to nature is a global trend for any developed state. According to the index of environmental efficiency, Belarus is among the Top 50 countries in the world, ahead of all members of the Eurasian Economic Union. The work of the hydrometeorological service was also on the agenda. Previously, it has been criticized more than once for the lack of reliability, which is to be rectified. A lot of attention in our country is paid to the protection of nature. Over the past five years, air pollution level has decreased by 4.5%.
