Lukashenko meets clergy

The Holy Assumption Monastery in Zhirovichi is a shrine for believers from all over the world, Alexander Lukashenko said at a meeting with clergy at Zhirovichi Monastery today. He noted that within three years the territory of the monastery and the town itself will be turned into a real pearl. Alexander Lukashenko instructed to hold a tender for the restoration and modernization of the monastery and to begin the implementation of the project by the end of the year. He also noted the need to create comfortable conditions for students of the theological seminary located on the territory of the monastery.
