Lukashenko holds meeting to discuss construction of hi-tech farm near Minsk

Implementation of a complete-cycle high-thechnology agricultural production was discussed at the today's Presidential sitting. A huge network of enterprises is being erected in the suburbs of the town of Rudensk. There are no similar projects within the post-Soviet space. The Head of State noted its significance: the bio-corporation embodies an innovation approach to the agriculture. The investment project will integrate a dozen of enterprises into a single processing chain. It will allow to produce balanced fodder for stock-breeding based on the Belarusian raw materials and raise its marketability. The first stage of the project is planned to be put into operation as early as next year.
