Lukashenko attended rehearsal of updated Pavlinka

Alexander Lukashenko visited the Yanka Kupala National Academic Theater. The Minister of Culture told him about the theatre’s state of affairs and the revival of its classic play Pavlinka, which became the theatre’s brand. The updated Pavlinka involves not only Kupala Theatre's actors, but also students. Alexander Lukashenko attended the rehearsal of Pavlinka. The Yanka Kupala National Academic Theater opened on September 14, 1920. In March 2013, the grand reopening of the Kupala Theatre took place after reconstruction. Last year, Kupala Theatre celebrated its centenary.
