The main topic of the conversation was bilateral cooperation between Minsk and Moscow. The leaders discussed the main issues in the field of economy. Particular attention was paid to import substitution. The leaders also touched upon the international agenda. The President of Russia told the Belarusian leader about the results of his visit to Iran. In addition, the heads of state agreed on the issue of appointing a new Belarusian ambassador to Russia. Vladimir Semashko will be replaced by Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Dmitry Krutoi.
