Legal formula defined in Belarus

A strong President, an influential parliament, an enterprising government with the binding role of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly. The concept of legal policy has been approved in Belarus. President A. Lukashenko signed the most important document that determines the development of the country. In modern conditions, the legal system should not only regulate social relations, but also prevent possible challenges and threats. The document consolidates the ideological requirements that are the foundation of legal policy. State sovereignty and territorial integrity are key. On their basis, the rest will be implemented – national security, democracy, social justice, and others. The constitutional order and the interests of citizens will be protected. The concept also provides for priority areas for the development of branches of legislation.
