Import substitution called a priority for 2021-2025

The creation of new factories will be spelled out in the state program for Belarus’ economic development for the near future. Import substitution is a priority for 2021-2025. This was stated by Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko as he visited Atlant Plant. The head of state emphasized that he wants every Belarusian enterprise to launch the production of at least one new product in the next five years. The president visited the production workshops of the Atlant Plant and got acquainted with refrigerator manufacturing process. The head of state talked with the Atlant employees and the members of the student work brigades who help the company in the summer.
