Counter-narcotics issues discussed at President’s meeting today

The key decision was the decree of the President adopted at the end of 2014. The document helped stop the spread of spice and smoking mixtures, while criminal liability for drug offenses was tightened. At the same time, this summer amendments to the criminal code made it possible for the courts to adopt a more flexible approach to sentencing.
