Bilateral meetings of A. Lukashenko in Kazan

Aleksandr Lukashenko held a number of bilateral meetings on the margins of the BRICS summit in Kazan. The President of Belarus met with the Presidents of Laos and Venezuela, as well as with the Prime Minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. The meeting with Nicolás Maduro was held in a very warm atmosphere. The President of Belarus praised his colleague's resilience during the recent elections. Belarus and Venezuela cherish the foundation of relations laid under Hugo Chávez and are ready to move forward.
