Belarus President to take part in CSTO summit

The summit of heads of state will be held in Moscow. The event is timed to the 30th anniversary of the signing of the Collective Security Treaty and the 20th anniversary of the organization. In addition to the anniversary-related matters, the heads of the countries will exchange views on topical issues of the current situation in the region and the world, and discuss joint response measures to emerging diverse challenges and threats. In addition to the summit, bilateral talks between Aleksandr Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin are planned. The topics include cooperation between the two countries and joint work on import substitution.
