Belarus President spoke about the goals of the Belarusian-Russian military exercises

Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko met with Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu to discuss the strengthening of Belarus-Russia military alliance. On February 10, the active phase of the joint military exercises "Allied Resolve" will begin. The president named the main goals of the exercises – the training of the military personnel, getting familiar with the latest Russian weapons. Special centers have been created for this. Another goal is to strengthen the border with Ukraine. The Russian Defense Minister praised the transfer of Russian troops to Belarus – this stage is nearing completion.
