Belarus President met with UEFA President

Belarus is ready to host sports competitions of any level, including the UEFA Super Cup 2022, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko said as he met with President of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) Aleksander Čeferin who is in Belarus on a visit. The winners of the two most prestigious football tournaments - the Champions League and the Europa League – battle each other for the trophy at the end of each summer. The parties also discussed the implementation of various UEFA projects in Belarus. Not only our football receives substantial financial assistance, but since 2008 almost six hundred coaches have attended special courses.
