Belarus President meets with EEC Board Chairman

President Aleksandr Lukashenko met with Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission Mikhail Myasnikovich. The event took place on the eve of the meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council and the summit of the leaders of the EAEU. The agenda of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council alone, which is scheduled for December 11, contains about three dozen issues. This year has become a serious test of strength for the Union. Amid the pandemic, the GDP of the EAEU countries fell by more than 3%. At the same time, the process of shaping a common market continues. One of the key issues on the agenda on December 11 will be gas pricing within the Union.
