Belarus President demands to solve the problem with long-term construction
Issues of the country's construction complex development became the topic of conversation with the President. Alexander Lukashenko listened to the report of those responsible for the development of the sphere. As it was noted, according to the results of last year, 4.2 million square meters of housing are expected to be put into operation, which corresponds to the state program. With state support, 100,000 square meters more than planned have been commissioned. In general, the work of the industry in the 2022 was devoted to the sustainable operation of the construction complex, the diversification of products and services, as well as to the improvement of the regulatory framework. Today the President focused special attention on simplification of approaches in the process of construction and liquidation of long-term construction. At the moment, 22 residential buildings remain unfinished in Belarus, 19 of them in Minsk.
