Belarus President attending EAEU summit in Kazakhstan

Eurasian Economic Union summit was held in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan. The presidents of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia summed up the first five years of the union’s work. A number of bilateral meetings were held at the summit. Belarus President held talks with the leaders of Armenia, Moldova and Russia. Alexander Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin discussed the deepening of bilateral integration. Earlier the sides exchanged corresponding proposals. The leaders instructed the governments to find areas of common interest before 21 June. The presidents agreed to hold a top-level meeting in the near future.
