Belarus President approved a new edition of the rules for admission to universities. In Decree No. 2, the provisions have been finalized, taking into account the study of public opinion and expert assessments. First of all, the rules are aimed at increasing the objectivity of assessing the knowledge of applicants. Justice is also important in this matter as are equal conditions for all applicants.
