Joint projects of Belarus and the United Arab Emirates were discussed today at a meeting of Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko with Chairman of the Board of Directors of Emaar Properties Mohamed Ali Al-Abbar. The latter is a key adviser on economic and investment issues to the leaders of Abu Dhabi and Dubai. In early November, the Belarusian leader went to the Emirates on an official visit to sign a number of agreements with the country's leadership. Given the scale and ambitiousness of the announced projects, Alexander Lukashenko promised full support to the UAE business.
