The Belarusian head of state warmly congratulated his colleague on the convincing victory in the early presidential election in Uzbekistan. Aleksandr Lukashenko and Shavkat Mirziyoyev took the opportunity to reconcile positions on the agenda of bilateral cooperation. They emphasized the importance of maintaining the momentum in the development of relations, including by tapping the potential of interstate integration associations such as the SCO, the EAEU and the CIS.
