Belarus and Russia agreed to intensify regional cooperation. Aleksandr Lukashenko stated this at his meeting with the Governor of the Pskov Region Mikhail Vedernikov. Supplying vehicles and food, interaction in education and much more is on the list of promising areas for cooperation. Belarus intends to work in the same vein with the Omsk Region. Belarus has a lot of resources to meet the demand of Siberians for the entire line of heavy equipment, from trucks and passenger transport to road and agricultural vehicles. The President noted that he regularly meets with the heads of Russian regions and these days he had already had several such meetings.
