Belarus and Egypt agreed to eliminate trade barriers

Belarus and Egypt have agreed to remove trade barriers. The matter was raised as Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko met with Egypt President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and his delegation at the Palace of Independence. The meeting was held in narrow and extended formats. Belarus and Egypt always had very good relations, said Belarus President. A comprehensive roadmap to guide the advancement of Belarus-Egypt cooperation in 2019-2020 has been signed. The new roadmap covers the entire spectrum of cooperation with Egypt in the manufacturing sector and includes assembly enterprises of the Belarusian companies MTZ, MAZ, Amkodor, and Bobruiskagromash.
