Issues of trade and economic cooperation, strengthening of the Union State, as well as global events became the topics of negotiations between Alexander Lukashenko and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. Alexander Lukashenko noted the productivity of such meetings. According to him, they are a good opportunity to discuss foreign policy. Sergei Lavrov confirmed that Belarus and Russia are interested in strengthening bilateral relations, and that the agreements reached in Sochi remain in force. The parties are aimed at implementing the joint road map.
