Alexander Lukashenko met with pioneers
It is necessary to rebuild the work of the pioneer organization and the Belarusian Republican Youth Union in Belarus. This was stated by Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko at a meeting held to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the pioneer movement. According to the president, without the active participation of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union, there can be no pioneer movement. Addressing the youth, Alexander Lukashenko noted that today's children have an important mission - to preserve the country for future generations. There’s nothing better than native land, the head of state is convinced. Children asked questions, talked about their projects, voiced proposals for the development of the organization. Alexander Lukashenko promised to hold a historical memory lesson for the best schoolchildren and students, as well as to lay Pioneers and Komsomol alleys near the Palace of Independence.
