Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko and Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev had a telephone conversation. The heads of state discussed cooperation within the framework of integration associations - the CIS and the EAEU, as well as the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in May. The heads of state emphasized the importance of consistent implementation of all obligations both within the EAEU and the CIS, especially regarding the removal of trade barriers. As for Belarus-Kazakhstan bilateral relations, the heads of state agreed to hold regular meetings of the intergovernmental commission.
