President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that during an informal communication with President of Russia Vladimir Putin many issues were agreed upon, which sometimes takes years for some states. The Belarusian leader stated this at a meeting with his Russian counterpart in St. Petersburg within the walls of the Russian Museum. Vladimir Putin invited Alexander Lukashenko to a working breakfast. The presidents came to the Russian Museum together. The day before, the leaders communicated during an informal CIS summit.
