Aleksandr Lukashenko to attend the CSTO summit

The summit of the CSTO leaders is hosted today by Astana. Aleksandr Lukashenko arrived in the capital of Kazakhstan on a working visit the previous day. The Presidents are expected to exchange views on the international and regional situation, its impact on the security of the CSTO member states, discuss the results of cooperation and prospects for further development of the collective security system. Special attention will be paid to the preparation for the joint celebration of the 80th
anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. It is also planned to adopt a final declaration and documents concerning political and military cooperation.
