Aleksandr Lukashenko presents state awards to distinguished Belarusians

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko presented state awards. The awards ceremony at the Palace of Independence was attended by about 40 representatives of various professions: scientists, figures of culture, athletes, teachers, servicemen, workers of law enforcement bodies and judiciary system. The head of state expressed his gratitude to everyone who contributes to the development of the country. Addressing the awardees, the president remarked that by fulfilling the most ambitious plans they inspire their compatriots to reach new heights. "Being a leader in your profession is a huge responsibility and hard routine work. National recognition is big trust", the Belarusian leader remarked.
