Aleksandr Lukashenko meets with US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs David Hale

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko met with United States Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs David Hale. An important statement was made. The USA and Belarus have decided to restore diplomatic missions to the level of ambassadors. The results of the negotiations were voiced by the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the US Department of State. The Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs noted that a wide range of issues, even sensitive ones, in the areas of politics, economics and human rights, were discussed.
