15.04.2026
President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko spoke about the priorities in creating conditions for citizens during a meeting on the integrated socio-economic development of the southeastern region of Mogilev Oblast. "The ideological approach has always been to create conditions for citizens, and then the economy. Guys, this is not going to happen. We have already spoiled our people so much," Aleksandr Lukashenko said. "If there is an economy, then citizens will live normally. Therefore, the economy and production are ahead. And we have a very developed dependency system"
