Aleksandr Lukashenko held talks with the UAE Minister of Investment
During his working visit to the United Arab Emirates, President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko met with Mohamed Hassan Alsuwaidi, UAE Minister of Investment and Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at ADQ Investment Fund. Recalling his past visits to the Emirates, meetings and presentations on the development of the high-tech sector, Aleksandr Lukashenko said that Belarusian successes in IT-technologies partly started in the UAE. This is also where the conversation about the prospects of artificial intelligence was held. The head of state said that he would do his utmost to promote and develop this topic in Belarus. The Investment Minister also shared with the Belarusian head of state relevant information about the current trends in the development of artificial intelligence and the tools needed to advance in this direction. Aleksandr Lukashenko also held talks with the management of companies working in the field of high technologies, including artificial intelligence.
