Aleksandr Lukashenko held a meeting on developing cooperation with People's Republic of China

The President of Belarus stated the need to reformat investment cooperation with China. This was discussed at a meeting with the Нead of State. Since 2020 China has been Belarus' second-largest trading partner after Russia. Exports to this market last year amounted to $1.7 billion. The President emphasized the need to identify key areas of cooperation and discuss key projects that have been promoted recently, including those promoted during high-level visits to China in 2025. Aleksandr Lukashenko reaffirmed his commitment to building strategic relations with China at the highest level.
