Aleksandr Lukashenko has made personnel decisions

New appointments are in the government, ministries, the diplomatic corps, the media, Vitebsk Oblast administration, four districts of the country, and the Atlant enterprise. The new Deputy Prime Minister, A. Terekhov, will be in charge of housing and communal services, transport and construction. M. Markov has been appointed the Minister of Culture. D. Zhuk has headed the Ministry of Information. The President appointed Mikhail Orda as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Mongolia. A. Mokhor has been appointed Director General of BELTA. A. Dikun became the new head of Atlant company. New leaders are in the Orsha, Glubokoye, Voronovo and Braslav Districts. Personnel changes are also taking place in the leadership of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee. There are two new deputy governors in the region. The Oblast, as lagging behind in certain indicators, is under special control of the President.
